岗位要求
 
- 有机合成、 药化及相关领域的博士以上学位，10年以上的药物研发经验；
 
- 有big pharma和海外背景优先；
 
- 对cro行业有一定的接触和认识；
 
- 在药物化学领域有杰出的领导力，能独立领导团队完成新项目开发；
 
- 对药物发现过程有深刻的理解和丰富的经验。
